چکیده
Most Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates enhance all the signals in a relative broad spectral range. The both interested and background together. To improve identification of target molecules from numerous ones, with multi high-quality (Q) factor resonance wavelengths can be designed to achieve selective enhancement specific transitions. When frequencies are modulated match excitation frequencies, detection molecule more effective. In this paper, we design tunable high-Q SERS substrate periodic silver bowtie nanoholes on silica spacer film. possessed three high electric field modes, which resulted interaction localized surface plasmon (LSPR) nanoholes, polariton (SPP) period Fabry–Perot (FP) between film bottom. these modes not only higher quality factor, but also field, employed realize potential high-sensitivity selective-detection fields.

The formation of high-density silver nanoparticles and a novel method to precisely control the spacing between nanoparticles by temperature are demonstrated for a tunable surface enhanced Raman scattering substrates. A rapid and simple approach to fabricate a large area of nanostructured substrate for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is reported. Gold nanoparticles ranging from 10 to 40 nm in diameter uniformly distributed on a silicon substrate were obtained by annealing the gold film precoated on the silicon substrate with UV nanosecond (ns) laser pulses. The gold nanoparticles were formed by surf...

Raman signal enhancements in excess of 10(7) can be achieved at near-infrared wavelengths when mid-nanometer sized gold particles self-organize into close-packed planar arrays. These substrates generate stable surface-enhanced Raman scattering which changes dramatically as a function of periodic structure and excitation wavelength.

Au and Ag nanoshells are investigated as substrates for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). We find that SERS enhancements on nanoshell films are dramatically different from those observed on colloidal aggregates, specifically that the Raman enhancement follows the plasmon resonance of the individual nanoparticles. متن کاملSurface-enhanced Raman scattering at cryogenic substrate temperatures
The recent speculation on the possibility of achieving gigantic enhancement for surface-enhanced Raman scattering at cryogenic substrate temperatures is examined using a simple theoretical model. The surfaceplasmon enhancement mechanism is modeled using the Fermi-electron gas approach instead of the Drude model as used previously in the literature. Due to the diminution of substrate polarizabil...
